All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned separately.
GiftKorner reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the final price.
In case of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm or cancel.
5. Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.
An order is confirmed only after you receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
GiftKorner reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
6. Payment
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, and other available payment methods at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, certified payment gateways.
GiftKorner does not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
In case of a failed transaction where your account was debited, please contact us at support@giftkorner.com with your transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve within 3–5 business days.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time varies by location — typically 4–7 business days for most parts of India.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹50 (or as per the current offer shown on the website).
GiftKorner is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every GiftKorner product. If you're not satisfied, our return policy applies as follows:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The following are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
To cancel an order, email us at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on giftkorner.com — including logo, product images, text, graphics, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of GiftKorner.
