🛍️ Orders & Shopping
Q1. How do I place an order on GiftKorner? Simply browse our website, select the product you like, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email instantly.
Q2. Can I place an order without creating an account? Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy benefits like order tracking, saved addresses, wishlist, and faster checkout on future orders.
Q3. How will I know my order is confirmed? Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received, you will get an Order Confirmation Email and SMS with your Order ID and order summary within a few minutes.
Q4. Can I modify my order after placing it? Order modifications are possible only within 12 hours of placing the order and before it is dispatched. Email us immediately at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID and the changes you need.
Q5. Can I cancel my order? Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Email us at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
Q6. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders? Absolutely! We offer special pricing, custom packaging, and dedicated support for bulk and corporate gifting orders (10+ units). Email us at support@giftkorner.com with your requirements and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

Q8. Is it safe to use my card on GiftKorner? Yes, completely. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and all payments are processed through certified, secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Q9. My payment failed but money was deducted from my account. What do I do? Don't worry — this happens occasionally due to bank processing delays. The amount is usually auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, email us at support@giftkorner.com with your transaction reference number and we'll resolve it within 3–5 business days.
Q10. Do you offer EMI options? EMI availability depends on your bank and card type. Some banks automatically offer EMI at checkout for eligible amounts. Check with your bank for available EMI options.
Q11. Will I get an invoice for my order? Yes, a digital invoice is sent to your registered email address after order confirmation. You can also download it from your account under My Orders.

Q12. Where do you deliver? We deliver across India — all states and union territories. International shipping is currently not available.

Q15. How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and courier partner name via email and SMS. You can track your order on the courier's website or through your GiftKorner account under My Orders.
Q16. What if nobody is available at home during delivery? Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to either re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund.
Q17. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order? Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID and the new address.
Q18. My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do? Please check with neighbors or building security first. If still not found, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID. We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and resolve it within 3–5 business days.
📦 Returns & Refunds
Q19. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact. Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy page for full terms.

Q21. I received a damaged or wrong product. What do I do? We sincerely apologize for this. Please email us at support@giftkorner.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the damaged or wrong product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — return shipping will be borne by GiftKorner.

Q23. Can I exchange a product? Yes, exchanges are available for size or color variants of the same product, subject to availability, within 3 days of delivery. If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Email us to initiate an exchange.

Q25. Are your products Made in India? Yes! GiftKorner is a proudly Made in India brand. All our leather accessories and coffee mugs are crafted by skilled Indian artisans using quality materials. 🇮🇳
Q26. What materials are used in your leather products? Our wallets, belts, and card holders are made from premium quality leather — carefully sourced and crafted for durability, feel, and long-lasting use.
Q27. Are your coffee mugs microwave and dishwasher safe? Please check the individual product page for specific care instructions. We recommend hand washing for longer life of printed or textured mugs.
Q28. The product color looks slightly different from the website image. Is that normal? Yes, minor color variations are possible due to photography lighting and screen display settings. We try our best to represent products as accurately as possible. If the variation is significant, please contact us.
Q29. Are gift sets ready for gifting or do I need to pack them? Our gift sets come in premium branded gift boxes — ready to gift directly without any additional packaging needed. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate gifting.

Q30. How do I create an account? Click on Login / Sign Up on the top right of the website. Enter your name, email, and password to register. You can also sign up during checkout.
Q31. I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Q32. How do I update my delivery address or contact details? Log into your account and go to My Account → Addresses to add, edit, or delete saved addresses. Contact details can be updated under My Profile.
Q33. How do I view my past orders? Log into your account and go to My Account → Orders to see your complete order history, status, and invoices.
