At GiftKorner, we are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle dispatch, delivery, and related processes.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 72 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS with your tracking details.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India — all states and union territories.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • For remote or difficult-to-access areas, delivery may take additional time.

  • International shipping is currently not available. We will update this policy when it becomes available.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GiftKorner error (wrong or damaged item sent).


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier partner name will be shared via email and SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your GiftKorner account under My Orders.

  • If you face any issue tracking your order, contact us at support@giftkorner.com with your Order ID.


6. Courier Partners

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Shiprocket

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote areas)

GiftKorner reserves the right to choose the courier partner based on your delivery location and order size.


7. Packaging

  • All GiftKorner products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Premium products and gift sets are packed in branded gift-ready boxes — perfect for direct gifting.

  • We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address.

  • If delivery fails all 3 attempts (due to customer unavailability, wrong address, etc.), the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases:

    • We will contact you to re-ship the order (re-shipping charges may apply)

    • Or issue a refund excluding original shipping charges


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

  • GiftKorner is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you've entered a wrong address, contact us immediately at support@giftkorner.com — we can update it only if the order has not yet been dispatched.


10. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please:

    1. Take clear photos/video of the damaged packaging and product

    2. Email us at support@giftkorner.com within 24 hours of delivery

    3. Mention your Order ID in the email

    • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after investigation.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund once the case is resolved.


11. Delays

GiftKorner is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays or government-imposed restrictions

  • Courier partner operational issues

  • Strikes or civil unrest

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

We will always keep you informed if there is a significant delay with your order.


12. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • For bulk orders (10+ units) or corporate gifting, please contact us directly at support@giftkorner.com before placing the order.

  • Special packaging, custom branding, and dedicated delivery coordination is available for corporate clients.

  • Bulk order shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
