Return & Refund Policy

At GiftKorner, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
The product is not damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return:
Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Items that have been used, worn, or washed
Products with removed tags, labels, or original packaging
Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
Coffee mugs that show signs of use or washing
Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, drops, or negligence
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless received damaged or defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will take full responsibility:
Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
Email us at support@giftkorner.com with:
Your Order ID
Clear photos or video of the damaged/defective product and packaging
We will review your complaint within 48 hours
Resolution options:
Free replacement of the same product
Full refund to your original payment method
In case of a wrong product delivered, GiftKorner will also bear the return shipping cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1 — Email us at support@giftkorner.com with subject line: Return Request – Order ID #XXXXX
Step 2 — Include the following details:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Photos of the product (mandatory)
Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
Step 4 — If approved, we will share the return shipping instructions and pickup details
Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund or replacement will be processed
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges (when applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount if self-shipped.
Please use a trackable courier service when self-shipping returns. GiftKorner is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will receive a confirmation email of return receipt
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Bank processing times may vary. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for size or color variants of the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product must meet all return eligibility conditions (Section 1).
If the requested variant is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns (Section 4) and mention "Exchange Request" in the subject line.
8. Order Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery.
Cancelled order refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
To cancel, email support@giftkorner.com immediately with your Order ID.
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Only a part of the order is returned from a multi-item order
The returned product shows minor signs of use but is still accepted at our discretion
Return shipping charges are deducted from the refund (when applicable)
10. Gift Orders
If a product was purchased as a gift and needs to be returned, the refund will be issued to the original buyer's payment method.
If you received a GiftKorner product as a gift and wish to exchange it, contact us at support@giftkorner.com with the Order ID (provided by the gift sender).
11. Important Notes
GiftKorner reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria upon inspection.
Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged and reviewed for policy misuse.
